Welcome to BdNomad (“BdNomad”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). BdNomad is a freelancing growth platform that helps Bangladeshi freelancers find clients, learn in-demand skills, and manage their freelance business.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and BdNomad and govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To use BdNomad, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Be capable of entering into a binding contract and not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.

The Service is built primarily for freelancers operating from Bangladesh, but it is available to users elsewhere subject to these Terms.

You access the Service by signing in with your Google account. By doing so, you authorise us to receive certain profile information from Google (such as your name and email address) as described in our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal to you. You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account or login credentials.
• You must keep your Google account secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Depending on your plan, the Service may include:

• A curated database of business leads and decision-maker contact information.
• AI-assisted tools that help you draft personalised pitches and proposals.
• Job and opportunity discovery feeds.
• A CRM with lead and job trackers to manage your pipeline.
• Learning resources, including the freelancing Roadmap, Language Bridge, and Knowledge Base.
• Business tools such as the Income Projector, Skill Radar, and Invoice Forge.
• Support channels, including our Support Center and messaging.

We are continuously improving BdNomad and may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Some features may be offered on a trial, beta, or limited basis.

BdNomad is offered on an annual subscription basis. Current plans include the Basic Plan (৳1,999/year) and the Pro Plan (৳2,999/year). Plan features and prices are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time; the price shown at the moment of purchase applies to that billing period.

• Payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through our payment partner, SSLCommerz. We do not store your full card or banking details.
• Your subscription grants access for the period you paid for and does not renew automatically unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.
• Prices are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or bank/gateway charges that may apply, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
• We may offer discounts or promotional pricing that are subject to their own conditions.

Because BdNomad provides immediate access to digital content and lead data, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, were unable to access the Service due to a fault on our side, or have another billing concern, please contact us at support@bdnomad.com and we will review your request in good faith. You may stop using the Service and choose not to renew at any time.

When using BdNomad, you agree NOT to:

• Scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or build a competing product from our lead data, content, or any part of the Service.
• Use contact data to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications, or otherwise violate anti-spam and privacy laws when contacting leads.
• Share your account or resell access to the Service to third parties.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, or use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organisation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your outreach and business activities comply with all laws that apply to you and to the recipients you contact (including applicable anti-spam, electronic communications, and data-protection rules).

The Service surfaces information about businesses and contacts that is aggregated from various sources. While we work to keep this data useful, we provide it on an “as is” basis and do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

BdNomad is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any communication, relationship, contract, or transaction between you and any lead, client, or third party you contact through or as a result of the Service.

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate pitches, proposals, suggestions, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and is provided to assist you — not to replace your own judgement.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to a client. You remain fully responsible for everything you send.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos (including the BdNomad name and logo), data compilations, and learning materials, is owned by BdNomad or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal freelancing business while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of the information and materials you create or upload to the Service, such as your CRM entries, invoices, and profile details (“Your Content”). You grant BdNomad a limited licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Your Content.

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services, including Google (sign-in), SSLCommerz (payments), hosting and infrastructure providers, and external freelancing marketplaces. We are not affiliated with, and do not control or endorse, these third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. BdNomad is not responsible for third-party services or content.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data or content will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BdNomad and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BdNomad and its team from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your outreach to leads or clients, or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of BdNomad after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local law.
